Salary: up to £32,000 - Depending on experience.
Location: Liverpool - Office based - hybrid option.
Holidays: 28 days holiday plus bank.

We're working with a growing business in Liverpool who are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling enquiries, and offering product advice - with the opportunity to upsell where it feels natural.

Main Responsibilities to include:

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide clear and helpful product advice to customers
• Prepare and send customer quotes
• Upsell or recommend additional products when relevant
• Follow up on open enquiries and simple quotes
• Maintain great relationships with repeat customers
• Keep CRM and customer information up to date
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and purchasing teams
• Occasionally support at customer visits or events (minimal travel)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in customer service or an entry?level sales role
• Confident on the phone and comfortable handling inbound enquiries
• Good product understanding and able to explain options clearly
• Able to spot natural upsell opportunities without hard selling
• Professional, organised, and team?focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen to learn and develop within a growing business
