Aintree / Permanent / Hybrid / £25,000 - £28,000 + Study Support

The Role


You will provide crucial support to the finance team by handling key transactional tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is an excellent opportunity to develop strong operational finance skills.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices and expense claims
  • Raising accounts receivable invoices and managing customer accounts
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations and monitoring cash movements
  • Supporting the finance team with payment runs and cash allocation
  • Assisting with month-end routines and ensuring timely reporting
  • Responding to internal or external queries regarding accounts or transactions

About You

  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to develop professionally
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in cash management or month-end processes is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
