Package: up to £25,500 Depending on experience.
Holidays: 20 days & bank holidays.
Location: Newton le Willows- Fully office based

Main Responsibilities to Include:

• Respond to and follow up on family enquiries via phone and email
• Make outbound calls and generate leads to boost enrolments
• Coordinate and schedule tours across multiple sites
• Guide families through the full enrolment process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Provide regular reporting on enquiries and conversion metrics

The Ideal Candidate:

• Background in sales support, customer service, or enrolment administration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• CRM/IT system proficiency
