HR Business Partner - Global Transformation - 6 Months FTC
Elland, West Yorkshire - commutable from Leeds and Manchester

Work directly with senior leaders as a strategic partner, influencing decisions at the highest level.

Take ownership of a varied remit-from organisational development to employee engagement and ER.
Have real visibility by working onsite with the Operations team, driving collaboration and culture.
The role:
- Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Support organisational development initiatives that enhance capability and drive efficiency.
- Lead on complex employee relations issues, coaching managers and ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of competitive reward and benefits programmes.
- Deliver employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and focus groups.
- Own and support people-led change projects.
What you'll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent); Level 7 an advantage.
- HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling complex ER cases.
- Skilled in using HR systems and people data to inform decisions.
- Proven experience with performance management, competency frameworks, and development processes.
