The role:
- Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, and employee relations.
- Support organisational development initiatives and training programmes.
- Assist with employee engagement activities such as surveys and focus groups.
- Help deliver recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
- Contribute to people-led change projects and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5).
- Previous HR Advisor / People Advisor experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling day-to-day ER cases.
- Good HR systems knowledge and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
