Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation based in Liverpool for a Finance Assistant on an on-going temp basis with the view to become permanent.

Salary up to £24,000-£25,000 DOE
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm - (35 hours per week)
Hybrid working pattern may be offered after training period

Benefits;

Duties include;

• Supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with suppliers on any queries
• Raise sales invoices according to delivery documentation
• Liaise with customer service team to ensure queries have been dealt with to ensure invoices can be raised in a timely manner
• Deal with queries from customers promptly
• Maintain rapport to keep a smooth working relationship

The ideal candidate;

• Experience working within a transactional finance role
• Excellent excel skills
• AAT qualification desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
