• Salary £24000 depending on experience

The Role Involves:

• Acting as a 1st line server technical specialist responsible for monitoring the incident logging system for new tickets
• Performing initial diagnosis, escalating issues without a fix to the second line
• Answering technical support phone calls, keeping a clear line of communication open with customers at all times
• Carrying out change requests on behalf of customers.
• Providing directions/solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Computer Science degree or a strong interest in the field
• Familiarity with GUI tools to perform troubleshooting
• A friendly personality who works well independently and within a wider team
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• A strong desire to learn new skills with a keen desire to pick up new responsibilities and meet new challenges.
