Sales Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant / up to £30,000 / Ellesmere Port / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are looking to speak to candidates who are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk role within a growing business in Ellesmere Port
Package:
- Salary up to £30,000
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid working pattern (3 days a week from home)
- 25days holiday plus BHs
Location: Ellesmere Port
Job Duties:
- Allocate, match and post cash receipts to customer accounts daily
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments or late payments and escalate accordingly
- Build rapport with customers to minimise any late payments to the business
- Maintain and monitor credit checks for all customers
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required and provide assistance and support to wider finance team
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
- Great communications skills to rely key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
- 2+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role is essential
