Job Title - Credit Control Administrator
Job Type - Temporary (Circa 4-Months)
Salary - Up To £23,000 Per Annum
Location - Runcorn (Office-based)
Working Hours - 09:00am-5:00pm
Adaptable Recruitment are looking to speak to candidates who are looking for a Credit Control Administrator role within a highly established business in Runcorn.
The role of the Credit Control Administrator is to complete the daily billing ensuring it is sent to the customer together with supporting delivery evidence (Proof of Delivery).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete daily invoicing.
- Completing the monthly consolidated invoicing along with the POD administration
- Dealing with incoming emails to the team central inbox
- Updating customer service query tracker with any invoice queries that require further investigation
- Completing twice weekly return sales order reports
- Reviewing blocked billing, updating data to enable each invoice to be processed within the month
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Previous experience of an Accounts Receivable role within a credit control function
- SAP experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and methodical
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills
