At Accountable Recruitment we have a great opportunity for a Temporary Personal Assistant to join a rapidly expanding property management team in the Liverpool area.
Salary - £22,000 to £26,000 Depending on experience
TEMPORARY - MATERNITY COVER - 9 MONTHS FTC
Working hours - 9 to 5 - Fully office based - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities to include:
- Diary Management
- Organising meetings
- Email correspondence
- Building and maintaining client relations
- General administration: scanning, collating documents, typing, printing reports, storing receipts
- General office support (IT set-up, phone-line management, creating new user profiles)
- Managing Social Media accounts & some content creation
- Recruitment support
- Sales admin support
The ideal candidate:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management
- Good knowledge of the property sector
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent grammar, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and effectively prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft office, good IT skills and sound understanding of systems, solving issues etc.
