At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established logistics industry company based in the Runcorn area working in a brilliant office environment with a great culture.

Package: up to £26,000 DOE - (8.30-5.30pm)
Holidays: 25 days + bank
Location: Runcorn - Fully Office based - Parking on site

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with customer phone calls in a professional and effective manner.
  • Accurately and timely data entry and job creation onto our TMS system.
  • Work as part of the customer service team to create a best-in-class experience for customers.
  • Monitoring and managing email traffic and responding to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, primarily land queries.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent user of IT systems
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
