Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with this very successful and long established Liverpool business who are seeking a part time HR Manager to join the team - for c4 days per week.

You will be an experienced HR Manager as this position is stand alone, and is fully office based.

It is a generalist role covering the full range of HR duties including overseeing payroll.

Duties:

  • Be first point of call for all HR issues.

  • Lead and manage all employee relations issues.
  • Train managers on handling disputes.
  • Carry out investigations and complete investigation reports, produce all supporting documentation for any subsequent hearing and appeals.
  • Provide advice and support on recruitment and selection strategies. Attend interview panels as requested.
  • Advise mangers on terms and conditions of service and share knowledge and best practice. Produce appropriate paperwork for any changes in individual terms and conditions.
  • Review content of contract of employments and provide best practice for new versions.
  • Develop HR Policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.

Experience required:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Full generalist HR experience and knowledge required
  • Understanding of payroll
