Finance Administrator / £24,000 - 25,500 / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / AAT Study Support

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing and reputable business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team


  • Salary £24,000 - £25,500
  • AAT Study Support

Job Duties:

  • Raise manual invoices and credit notes as required
  • Allocation of payments to invoices
  • Work collaboratively with the underwriting team to ensure policy renewals are communicated in a timely manner
  • Liaise with key customers on billing queries
  • Work closely with credit control team to ensure timely collection of overdue debt
  • Assist with other departments within finance such as Accounts Payable for support as and when needed
  • Support across finance function as needed

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Accounts Receivable and billing experience desirable
  • AAT qualification or finance degree (or working towards) desirable
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A 'can do' attitude
