At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a leading wholesaler in the PeterLee area.
Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience
Holidays: 24 days + birthday & bank holidays
Location: PeterLee

Main Responsibilities to include: Relationship Management
- Assist in the development and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
- Assist National account managers in identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth within existing accounts.
Support for National Account Managers
- Provide administrative support to national account managers, assisting them in managing their accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and solutions for key accounts.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports to key accounts to showcase company products and services.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.
- Monitor sales and analyse market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities for key accounts.
- Manage the CRM system for the sales organisation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to key accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.
