At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for an International Account Manager to join a leading wholesaler in the London area.
Package: up to £65,000 Depending on experience
Holidays: 24 days + birthday & bank holidays
Location: London - Fully Remote - Frequent Travel - (UK, Europe & US)

Main Responsibilities to Include:
Account Management
- Establish and maintain the relationship with national accounts across FMCG and Retail sector
- Serve as the contact point between both brand owners & key accounts, addressing all needs
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets and maximise the relationship between
- Understand market read data to monitor trends and competitor activities, providing insight and recommendations to senior management to drive brand and business decisions
- You will be responsible for building out joint business plans with the brand owners and implementing them across retail with a high level of reporting required
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal & external) including marketing, operations, supply chain, sales department, ecom and go-to-market teams
- Work cross-functionally between internal stakeholders, brand owners and national accounts
- Budget development and management both internally and externally will play a key part of the role
Performance Management
- Manage sales forecast accuracy, and inventory levels for national accounts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer needs
- High level of senior management reporting both to the UK & US to ensure we meet internal and external requirements for reporting, account performance, sales and market insight
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in national account management in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful relationships with national retail accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the FMCG industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
- Availability for frequent travel as needed both across UK, Europe & US
