The inaugural HRD of the Year Awards will take place on 4 June 2026 at the prestigious Thornton Hall Hotel, marking a significant new celebration of HR excellence across the North West and North Wales. Launched by Adaptable Recruitment in partnership with Brabners and Rathbones, this first event recognises HR Directors and their teams who demonstrate exceptional leadership, people‑first strategy, cultural impact, and innovation within their organisations.
